I have had an interest in a pair of cobalt shoes for a while but wasn't sure if I would really wear them. I found a really affordable pair at Payless and decided to give them a try. I love them. And these are comfortable too. They go perfectly with this outfit that I have pinned many, many times in hopes of creating my own version. I finally got my skirt taken it so I could do that. This outfit was one of my 7X7 remix but I thought it deserved some personal attention so I'm reposting here.
