Do you ever rock a headband or hair wrap? Do you think they look better with long or short hair? I've become more interested in them since I've had short hair than when I had long (maybe it's because you can't do much else with short hair). Here are DIYs that I'd like to give a try. by Lilac Lane

A couple of weeks ago I posted some headbands I wanted to try. I tried my own version of Little Miss Momma's button headband .

I'm not a huge fan of headbands. I like them and get compliments on the rare occasions that I wear them, but I'm just not comfortable wearing them. When I do wear them, I like simple ones. I admire the girls who can wear the elaborate ones but I think I'm too old for those. Here are some I've come across that fit my style and are on my list of things to make.

I took another try at the headbands. Again, this one is a gift my 12 year old neighbor. I can't see myself wearing this although this one has peaked my interest. I may have to make myself one. I've made this one from a really bright fabric that is not very stylish on its own now, but rolled into these flowers it looks great.
