Here's the rope I used (purchased at Walmart) :
I pretty much followed the tutorial. I used silver beads from Michaels and tied mine with white satin ribbon. Be careful to keep your loops the same size; my bracelet is a little wider at the end than the beginning but it doesn't show when worn.
