Just wanted to share this recipe today from Betty Crocker that I tried out for Key Lime Cupcakes. I had a lemon cake mix I needed to use up so I gave these a try. I didn't alter the recipe any. I didn't add any food coloring either. The lime jello give it plenty of green color.
