Happy Birthday

to Flourishes! They are celebrating their second birthday and have a little challenge going on to make a birthday card. I can always use those. I based my card on the sketch from Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge. OCC is having a color challenge this week- purple. That was a sure fit for me as I seem to be drawn to creating purple cards and I instantly thought of my BasicGrey Wisteria paper. The challenge at The Pink Elephant this week is a recipe- 3 brads, one flower, and design paper. I managed to work that in too.

So here's my card: (drumroll please.... just kidding)

Stamps: Flourishes All Wrapped Up; sentiment MFT
Paper: BasicGrey wisteria
Accents: silk flower (Wal-mart); brads- Making Memories
Tools: Nestabilities petite oval and scalloped oval; Prismacolor pencils and blender
