Peach Pie popsicles

Did you catch Must Do Monday this week?  I shared a round up of 7 cool summer treats. I didn't include these in the round up, but I've already made some of my own- Peach pie popsicles.

I adapted this recipe, but I doubled it and subtituted honey for the agave.

 1   2 Cups almond milk
1  2 Frozen banana, peeled chopped
4 Large peaches, seeded diced
½  1 Teaspoon vanilla
2 Tablespoon agave honey
Pinch of cinnamon

Here it is in the blender all ready to mix.

Poured into my vintage Tupperware molds. (I read recently that some folks have a peeve about bloggers using the word vintage. If it's over 25 years old, it qualifies, and since I'm quickly approaching 40 and remember my mom having these when I was a kid, they're vintage.)

I had more mix than the molds would hold, so I used some plastic mini cups for the rest of them. When they had been in the freezer for 90 minutes, I stuck in the sticks.

Easy, yummy treats for the summer! Wholesome, with no added chemicals, preservatives or processed ingredients. That's the way we like to eat now.
