Tried it Out Thursday- Ruffle tank

I posted about some tank refashions a couple of weeks  a month ago that were on my "must do" list. I finally had a free day this week and made myself  a tank based on the Loft inspired tank at Ruffles and Stuff. No need to rewrite a good tutorial, so hop on over there if you want to make one.

I picked up the tanks at Wal-mart last year. My measurements differ a little from hers because I can't cut straight and when I get finished making things straight, I've lost some of the length and or width. Once I got my ruffle sewn on the shirt, I thought the same thing Disney did about covering the center with lace. I didn't sew my lace in a U shape, I just sewed a straight piece down the middle.
