Luck of the Irish

Isn't it funny how you can see something and it does nothing for you, like a sketch, or idea? But then one day something else makes it click and inspires an idea for you. That's how it was for the Mojo Monday sketch this week and the Etsygreetings team challenge. At first the sketch didn't spark much interest, but then OCC issued a challenge yesterday to use a tag and I remembered the Mojo sketch had the perfect place for a tag. The Etsygreetings team challenge is to make a St. Patrick's Day card, and I'm not real big on those, but I did buy a few green embellies. The Dutch Dare Card challenge is to use green and yellow. I recently bought this green and yellow ribbon so with all this prompting from all these sources, it finally came together. Here is my card.

Stamps: Rubber stampede, heart; studio G
Paper: imagination project; sonburn
Accents: Stickles, brad, Making Memories metal rim vellum tag; ribbon (Michael's)

A few details: I stamped four hearts and cut them out to make my clover. The hearts have swirls, so I went over all the swirls with green Stickles and colored them with a Marvy marker. I stamped the St. Patrick's Day sentiment directly onto the vellum tag.
